Rental LED displays are generally applied in important or even major activities, which requires that the applied display  must be free of ghost, uneven block, LED bad dot cross (caused by LED open), caterpillar (caused by LED short), low gray bias and other problems.

Rental LED displays  are mostly accompanied by live broadcasting, photography and video recording. If the display refresh rate is lower than the shooting speed of cameras and video cameras, there will be problems such as horizontal stripes and no black scanning lines on the film, which also poses a great challenge to the performance of the core device driver IC of the display.

In view of the application characteristics of the display  in the rental scene, the driver IC solution launched by Chipfountain adopts PWM grayscale scattering scanning mode, which greatly improves the grayscale level and shooting refresh rate of the display; at the same time, it can achieve excellent color reproduction with a variety of gray compensation mechanisms and high-precision linear current gain. In addition, the devices has the functions of open detection and protection, which can detect and eliminate the cross caused by open  points in real time to ensure high quality.
